Im Out...onto CBEFM...
Out for this month. Starting the CBEFM...any suggestions or advice? I got AF tonight full force but have been spotting for days....I still put tomorrow as Day 1 right?

tomorrow would be day 2 if you got it full force today. so when you set it in the am for your testing window, put it on day 2.

good luck, it was the best investment for me so much easier than O tests.. and its easier to keep track of where you are in your cycle month to month

Wait...Im confused...I thought it said in the book that I should put it as day 1 anyway....

According to the cbefm day1 is started the morning that you have full af. If she comes after you pee the first time in the morning the next morning is cd1. If she comes in the middle of the night you set the day you wake as cd1. hth good luck
