i'm officially "overdue"
Hi Ladies!
So, my due was yesterday, and i'm 70% effaced, but NOT dilated AT ALL! i'm so frustrated!! I couldnt believe that i wasnt even 1 cm dilated!!
Anyone have some suggestions on how to get things moving along??

There are some things you can try...squats, long walks, spicy food, pineapple, nipple stimulation, foot rubs, sex.

Good luck! My due date was 3/31/09. I won't tell you my son's birthdate though.  I can tell you though, I tried everything & that little guy wasn't coming until he was good & ready!

Hey there! I am also overdue! LO was suppose to be born on 3/23...and I am still waiting!! DH and I have tried soooo many things to get the baby to budge, but he or she is super stubborn!
I have found walking to be the most "effective" in that, when I go for a long walk, my belly definitely is harder and more uncomfy afterwards...makes me think it's helped LO drop a little bit.
But even at 41 weeks 3 days, I am not effaced or dilated at all!
