Officially overdue?? Come on in!

There seem to be a lot of us, so I figured we should keep each other updated in one place and support each other! So what's everyone's plan with the doc? I go back on Thursday for a sono and NST, and then they'll decide where to take it from there.

I go to the Dr. tomorrow at 1:30 to get checked...have to call Winthrop at 5 to see what time to come in to do the cervadil induction tomorrow night!
So nervous but excited. Wish would come on her own but it doesnt look like it...

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning to check progress and discuss options. I think they will induce me if I want to be induced, but I'm not so sure that I do - I was 1 cm and 50% effaced on Friday - and I'm not opposed to induction but I'm concerned about inducing and ending up with a c-section so we'll see how the doctor feels about it actually working. I'm still really hoping I don't make it to my appointment tomorrow. We shall see.

I'm due on Tuesday but I seriously don't think I can take it much longer. I am SO uncomfortable at night. As of last night, I can't even get comfortable sleeping on my sides. Everything is SO sore, aching, and crampy. My back, inner thighs and pelvis are killing me! Walking is becoming increasing difficult especially after I've been sitting for a while. Are you guys feeling like this too? Im really pretty tough when it comes to pain, and I was convinced that this meant that baby was ready because it is getting to be unbearable.

Nope...I was 1cm and 40% on Thursday. I think my doc swept my membranes at that appt but didn't officially tell me. I told him to get things started before the exam and a week after a previous check, this one felt totally different...much more uncomfortable. He wants to see me again tomorrow to see if I've progressed.

I am praying! I know I'm not officially overdue, but it sure feels that way.

Sorry to hear you're so uncomfortable Thankfully, I haven't gotten to that point yet. I still feel pretty good. Sleeping is a little tough, and my whole groin area hurts all the time, so certain things are difficult to do lol. Several people have told me that when you get to the point where you feel like you are so uncomfortable you can't take it anymore, that labor is on its way!!
