I'm not sure how much more I can handle
So...last week the day before Thanksgiving, DH got laid off. And today....I got laid off myself. Not sure how much more I can take....

I believe everything happens for a reason. I got laid off from a job once ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE!(It was a part time job, but still...). And then I found a much better job.
Also when I wanted switch firms, I really wanted a job and didn't get it. I cried and cried- then this job came along and its SO MUCH BETTER!! More $$, less hours, less work and more opportunities.
I know it must sux, but things will get better!

I was the Director of Retail Information Systems. DH was a project manager/purchasing agent in the sign industry.
