Im new to the preggo board....
with my second on the way. Just got my BFP yesterday. Im in hiding as many of you know if you frequent the Parenting Boards.
Anyway, I forgot which foods Im really not allowed to have. I know cold cuts aren't good but arent there some cold cuts that are okay to have in moderation.
I didnt make the appointment to my doc yet so I want to make sure I watch everything. Thanks

Welcome!
Some doctors say no cold cuts, some say it's ok. Any cold cuts are considered a no no to those drs who say no cold cuts, unless they are heated until steaming. HTH

Congratulations! Other than no alcohol and smoking, I've done just about everything else in moderation. Call your doctor to get a full idea of what he/she considers true "no-nos".

Congratulations! As far as cold cuts, it depends on your doctor and what you feel comfortable with. Some doctors tell you to stay away from cold cuts entirely, some advise heating them up before eating and others either don't say anything or say cold cuts are fine in moderation.
