I'm new so I hope this ? is in the right forum. Has anyone gotten pregnant
immediately following a m/c? I mean had a m/c, ovulated, got pg? Anyone or am I just pipe dreaming?

Nope - it's definitely a possibility. I didn't, but I do know several people that have.
Although their doctors told them to wait 1-2 cycles. I believe the reason was so the ob can get the exact date of conception.

Yes...me!!! Had my miscarriage 1/22/08, ovulated 2/7/08 and got my BFP on 2/17/08. I am 9 weeks pregnant now.

Its possible. Just be sure your body is ready. I had an extensive D&C after my MC so I had to wait 3 cycles to let my uterine lining thicken up before even trying again.
