I'm nervous

So I've been TTC for 4 months now. My first time I had gotten off the pill for one month and got pregnant.

So ovulation date was approx 8/1. my husband n I did it 12 days in a row from 7/23 to 8/3. Something has happened to me that never has before.

Since 8/8, I woke up with this aweful metal taste in my mouth. It still hasn't gone away. Its gross. My nipples usually get sensitive/sore faithfully one week or more before my expected period and I feel nothing for the first time. I've been having bad pains in my abdomen. Not cramps, like tugs and pulls. They calm when I'm active. And I have a cloudy discharge (alot of it, sorry to be gross) that I've never gotten before a period.

I've been putting symptoms in my head for months now, but this time it's all real. I feel very weird and off this month. Tired, queasy all day where I can't eat, and this metal taste is disgusting (dont know what that is from never heard of pregnancy related to it)

Here's the thing...Last period was 7/17. I took a cheapaccu check or accutest or something yesterday, actually I took two. There was a line so I'm assuming it was positive. But the line wasnt pink like it was supposed to be. It was white and very faint. Then I took a digital clear blue and a regular first response and they were both negative. I don't understand why. Am I or am I not???? Was 8/11 too early to test on a 29 day cycle every month.

My doctor wouldnt let me sched an appt till I missed a period but I pushed it on them because the pains are bad sometimes. Im going tomorrow at 745 am.

Just wondering what everyones thoughts are...im so nervous and scared to be bummed out

wait, how many days early did you test? Like 4 maybe? That might have been a bit too early.

Honestly, I think there is a very good chance that you are pregnant. It's funny because just last night i was reading about some early signs of pregnancy and one of them was oddly enough a 'metallic taste'. I was so confused by that, as I've never heard of this before. So if you're experiencing that, I'm sure it's a good sign.

metal taste is definiately a sign of pregnancy!

i think it's a little early for the pregnancy test but hopefully, the doctor appt will be able to confirm everything!

Well my cycles are 29 days. So period is due 8/15 or 8/16 at latest. I tested yesterday(8/10) and the cheap ones were a faint positive, then today (8/11) to good brands were negative...Thanks for your help

If you O'd on 8/1 then today is 10DPO, definitely early for getting a positive on the digital tests, but many women report that the cheapy tests (like dollar store tests) are MORE sensitive than the expensive brands and they get a + on those before the positive registers on the other brands. I have also heard that hte metallic taste in your mouth is a sign of pregnancy!

Before conceiving #1 my boobs would always get sore before AF and that time they didn't. So that could be a sign.

As far as the metal taste, not really sure about that or any of the other symtoms for that matter. Maybe implantation cramps.

I'm really sad. Turns out I'm not preggo. I ad an ultrasound today to find out if I was and found out I'm having bad pains because I have cysts on my ovaries =( Now I'm worrying that is why I'm not conceiving. This is killing me...im so sick of trying...

Sorry! At least you know if there is an issue, what it could be. Now you can go from here.
Still, you haven't been trying for a very long time, so keep the faith!
