I'm home with my new son!!!!
Introducing: Caleb Jaxon M**se
Born: February 13, 2009 at 6:47pm via c-section
Weight: 9 lbs 0 oz
Height: 21 1/2 inches
I'll post my birth story when I have a few moments of "free" time. My baby boy finally arrived into this world on Friday. He and I are getting to know each other and I'm loving every moment of it. It's absolutely exhausting b/c I'm trying to breast-feed and pump all while maintaining my home after a c-section, but it's all going to be worth it in the end. I've been supplementing some formula at times just for sanity sake, but he seems to get pretty gassy from the formula, so I'll probably be changing it after his pediatrician appointment tomorrow. My Mom is staying with me for a few days to help out and I couldn't be more grateful for her presence!
I have to say, he is absolutely perfect and he's really a great baby so far. We'll see how he adjusts over the next few weeks. So, anyway--- without further adieu, I'd like to introduce my son Caleb:
