Im going BACK!!
Thats right, the GYM!!
After almost a yr, 8 mths PP....it starts now.
Finally!
Not going full force, 2x a wk but its better than nothing!
Cardio and some weights...woohoo!
Wish me GL and hope I dont pass out today.
