i'm BOREDDDD
i should be studying b/c i have 2 finals this week, but i have NOOOOOOOO attention span right now.
oh yeah, and cleaning and wrapping gifts- but again, completely unmotivated.

Neen - I have 2 finals left too. I feel like 
We went to the jeweler today (Manhattan). Because it's such a trek and my parents had a reason to go too, we all just went together.
Rich made me leave while he was picking out a surprise for me, but I came back to help my Mom pick out something. The jeweler pulled out a tray of sapphire/diamond rings, and I immediately found something for Mom. I played a little for myself, too!!!
Rich was VERY interested in my playing, and kept asking me questions about the rings I was picking out. STUPID STUPID me didn't realize that I looked at (AND TURNED DOWN) the ring that he had already bought and paid for, but I swooned over something else. (In fact, I asked that he save it for my birthday!) I SWEAR I didn't know that he had already picked out a version of what I was looking at...because I really don't need another ring....but now he knows that I don't LOVE it, and he can't return it (he had it custom engraved and sized and etched, to match my e-ring)...so he's superpissy.
Its not my fault!! I reallllllllly didn't know! 
He's mad at me.
We took this city break to get away from the finals and the stress and the Grandpa issues...and now I'm more upset than I was this morning.

your boss pays $75 Per person for an 8- course meal for their employees? i need to come work there. all i got was a freakin' 10lb Frozen turkey

I can definitely see where he is coming from. Oh well... nothing you can really do about it at this point.
