I'm back!!!!
I just wanted to give a quick hello to everyone here and say THANK YOU so very much to everyone for all their amazing support over the past 9 months!!!
I will post a detailed birth story when I get some more time and can get some pictures on the computer.
Kaitlyn Alexandra is amazing!! She is perfectly healthy and thank god did not have the TE fistula or the atresia they suspected. She was born on June 20 via c-section at 8:59 pm b.c she wasn't decending and there was merconium in my fluid when my water broke. She was 9lbs 4oz and 20 inches long with apgars of 9/9. I developed preeclampsia during delivery (didn't have the entire pregnancy) and had some complications after delivery so I had to stay until Monday afternoon instead of being released on Sunday morning. We are home and doing really good. The good news is that I lost all my pregnancy weight and now weight 5 lbs less than I did pre pregnancy and I am still losing.
Kaitlyn was a week old yesterday and had her first ped visit. The ped said she was doing perfectly and had amazing muscle coordination for a baby her age.
I still can't post pictures but we might get the new computer this weekend - so as soon as I get a few more minutes I will post a full birth story and lots of photos.
