i must be the only person on earth not to be able to 'grasp' fertility friend.com...seriously...
i'm getting so frustrated!!!!

To start off, you just want to go to your chart and click on the date on the calendar of when you got AF and enter that in under Menses/Spotting. Do that for all AFs you have recorded so you can get the most accurate picture.

i have the fancy heavy/light/medium days filled in as well..
okay - when i look at the CALENDAR as opposed to that lovely chart thing - it makes sense to me...

Yeah, the calendar will make more sense to you since you don't have any temps in your chart.
If you get the VIP membership, it has a lot of cool features too!

DH got me the year subscription since it was only like $20 more than the 90 day. You can use the pregnancy features if/when you get pregnant during that years time.
