I don't hate it and I don't love it. Is it an amazing bargain? Do you wear leggings, tights, or jeans with it? Who makes it?

i would say tights and leggings. Its marked down to $59 from almost $200. Its French Connection or BCBG. I cant remember

I don't like it on the model....I'd have to see it in person; I'd buy it and see how it looks and return it if it doesn't look good.
