Dr told me a glass or two a week throughout your pregnancy is perfectly fine.
I didn't have any until 12w. Since then I have has a cple small glasses here or there.
Last time I had a taste and wasn't into it, so maybe my taste is changing or whatever.
Personally though I am comfortable having a glass here or there.

I think I had my first very small glass of red wine at 13 weeks. Ive had that same size glass about every other week since then.

My doctor told me some women she's treated had cravings for beer, because of the wheat, and said a half can of beer, or a small serving of wine is no real danger, but she doesn't promite it (which is her way of saying yes while covering herself lol)
My family is so adamant on the no drinking during pregnancy thing anyway. I may just wait until the baby comes. I don't miss it right now because everything disgusts me lol. DH had an LI tea last week and I literally blew chunks from his breathe.

When I asked my doctor he said "a glass or two a week throughout your pregnancy". So I asked "but after the 1st trimester right?" and he said it didn't make a difference. I was already 12 weeks at that point

I'm 31 weeks today and have just recently really started to miss having a drink. Up until this point, I just wouldn't drink anything at all bc I felt like it wasn't worth the risk, especially since I wasn't really craving it. Last week though, I had a sip of DH's Pinot Grigio and I almost fell over it tasted so good . Now I am so tempted to have a glass but I don't know if I will or not. Personally, I don't know if I could enjoy it because I am such a worry wart, but at the same time I would probably encourage a fellow preggo to indulge in a glass here and there if her Dr. says its ok.

I never had a full glass throughout my first two. This time I haven't had a craving, even out with people who are drinking  so I've been OK. I'm sure as time goes on, I'll have a few sips.
Not to mention that I was drunk 2 days before I found out about this pregnancy

DH & I have a few vacations planned. In August we are going away on an annual trip w/friends. I will be about 22 wks and I def plan to have 1 or 2 wine spritzers.
We have a wedding / babymoon in Jamaica in Oct..I will be about 29 / 30 wks. Def plan, again to have 1 or 2 spritzers.
I'm sure I will have 1/2 a glass of red wine at Thanksgiving.
