If your toddler currently wears a size 6 in shoes/boots, would you buy a 6 in snow boots, or size up because we have a long winter ahead and toddler feet grow fast?
I have two pairs right now--a 6 and a 7. One has to go back--i can't justify 2 pairs, so which do i keep--the current size--she is a new 6 or the next size?
I have a short return time.

My son is a five and half in shoes currently and we bought him sixe 6 snow boots...

How old is she? DS had a huge growth spurt from 6 months to 1 1/2 but then his shoe size slowed down. It took him 5 months to change sizes from 1 1/2 - 2. Between age 2-3 1/2 he only went up 2 full sizes (8-10).

size up in snow boots - just double the socks

She's just 2 years old and outgrew a 5.5 in shoes literally days ago. She has been wearing size 6 boots from the gap all fall with no problem.
I just figure that we still have january, february and march ahead of us, and these boots weren't so cheap. I hate when she wears big ticket items just once or twice. I'm not a big "saver" in terms of storage because I'm in the city and have no room.

I bought 2 size boots for the winter. One for the current size and one for the next size which she will surely need in the winter.
