does anyone have any advice to not gain weight?

Don't eat all the snacks that people bring in. I find that people will eat sh&t on a stick if it was brought into work!!

Drink a LOT of water. I find that if I'm on top of my water intake I don't pick at food as much...plus I get plenty of exercise running to the bathroom

Get up and stretch or even just walk a few feet once in a while. I went through a phase where I hardly took breaks and that is when I gained the most. It is very difficult when you have a sedentary job. Also, don't work until you are starving. I did that, too and then I would overeat.

this is what I do! and the bathroom is kinda far from my desk....
we dont have stairs in our building - but if i have to take a staircase I do.
