yes, i started with cereal and gradually progressed ds to vegetables and fruits.

Yes. At least, we did. We started Lily on cereal about 2 weeks before she turned 6 months. She was showing signs of wanting to try something more than formula, so we went for it. She has a doctor's appointment on Thursday for her 6 month visit, so I'm going to ask aboue veggies and fruits then.
