if you refinance your house
do you need a new survey? i jus bought my hosue 6 years ago..

do you also use the same bank?

we are refinancing now. you don't need a new survey. we bought our house 2.5 years ago so don't know if there's a time limit.
we called our bank and several others as well as credit unions. we wound up with wells fargo and are very happy. our bank couldn't match their rate. we were not happy at all with the credit unions.
