If you miscarried... (Personal ? with Poll)

How long did you wait to DTD? Are the signs of ovulation still the same after m/c but before you first natural AF?

Hey there,

We wanted to TTC soon, however Our doc said to wait 2 cycles from the D&C to let the uterine lining rebuild.

you know the rest.....

Oh, and another weird thing. I think my cycle reverted back to my original cycle!!! I got AF 4 weeks after the D&C, then again on CD 16......weird. Then when I counted the days, it matched up to my old cycle before I got pg!!!! Could just be a fluke though...

Thanks! That's what I was thinking could happen. Technically, my spotting started when I would have gotten AF if I didn't get pregnant (on March 20). So, I wonder if there's a possibility I could ovulate in the next week or so (b/c I would be CD10 right now). Since it happened naturally, my MD said I only had to wait one cycle, but I was curious if I could get pregnant sooner (if I don't avoid it).

I asked my doc if it was bed to get pg again right away and he said it wasn't bad, just not recommended...

Part of me thinks, since it took 7 months the first time, it's unlikely to happen right away - so it if does, I wonder if it's meant to be - but I don't want to rush anything and put myself or the next pregnancy at risk.
I don't plan to go back to charting or OPKs just yet. When we're ready to DTD again, I think we'll just "go with flow".

my dr said to wait 2 cycles to pass....
then after that she said the 6 month after the m/c are the most fertile and that people would come in pregant a month later...

however i had a natural one and we just past 1 cycle so we'll see what happens
