My DH has them set worng.
I've told him this already. He had them at 1pm & I yelled at him again last week so he changed it to 12pm

Thanks everyone! Ours are going off at 3am (I think) and my neighbor told me that's a weird time so then I started to second guess our landscaper.
Your neighbor might be trying to tell you that early bothers him? I know my mom mentioned that her neighbors have it at 3 am and it wakes her up all the time (she doesn't have a/c)

Ours go on at 2AM. I think it's best, it doesn't disturb anyone and then the water is being used at an off-peak time.
