If you had an IUI ..... (gender question)
I read that it's more common to have boy if you had an IUI. Out of curiosity, for those that had an IUI, I'm wondering what you had or are having. TIA!!

I am having a but I think it also depends on the timing of the IUI and if they do one or back to back. The theory is that the closer to ovulation that you do the IUI the higher the likelihood that you will have a boy (boy sperm swim faster). My RE only does one IUI at 36 hours after the trigger shot, and by temping I was pretty sure that I had ovulated before I had the IUI which is why I think we had a higher likelihood of having a boy. A back to back might give girl sperm (swim slower but last longer) time to get up there before the egg is released.

my friend had a back to back iui same month and has a
eta: mine was a single iui
