If you had a 24 day cycle...
what days would you BD (short of using OPKs).
Today is CD11 for me. I think we will BD today, and CD13 and CD15? Do you think it's too late already? I started testing for O on CD7 and so far all negatives....short of them not working or whatever, we still want to BD to cover our bases. I know most people have a 28 day cycle....but what about 24? What days would you recommend?

I would start BDing earlier. With a 24 day cycle, you can ovulate cd10 (assuming a 14 day lp). I would start BDing cd7.

oh I can answer this question!
I am on day 14 of a 24 day cycle.... I did an OPK test for the first time this month. the box said I should start testing on CD7! I was getting pretty nervous that my cycle was very off.....
at any rate, I got my OPK on CD 13, so I probably O'ed today (CD14).
Of course there's variability among women. You could O any time from the 10th to the 14th.
We did something crazy this month. we BD'ed every night from CD10-14  We started early (before the OPK+) since I was getting nervous (like you) that I was missing my LH spike with the OPK kit. I was wrong 
If I could redo this month, I would BD every other day and then BD 2 days in a row after I got the OPK+. In your case, if your DH has very robust 'stuff'  , I'd probably BD CD11-13 every day, and also CD9 and CD15. If that's too much, I'd keep to the everyother day schedule during that time period.

Ahhhh we can be buddies with our 24 day cycles! Isn't it horrible? We can get AF twice a month sometimes.
Glad to hear I am not alone though. I think we will BD today (CD11) and then if I get a + tomorrow, we will BD then and the next 2 days but if I get another negative tomorrow, I should skip it and BD the next day (13)???
Now this is all since we should have started BDing earlier....I have been testing since CD7!
I hate this crap!!!!!
If this does not work again, next cycle I think we are going to do every other day from CD 7-16 or so???

i have a 23-25 day cycle and i didn't get a positive OPK until CD 12. you're SOOO not out yet - have fun BDing!!

I had 24 days cycles and I used to get a positive on day 9 and day 10 so BD on those days plus day 11.

I have a 27 or 28 day cycle and I always O on either day 13 or day 14, so if I were you, I'd start BDing earlier, maybe day 8 or 9.

I think that's what we plan on doing next time around (but hopefully there won't be a next time).
