Hire a AWESOME financial planner STAT and have him/her invest the $$$ in some amazing funds before the time ran out! 
ETA: If I do this I have a consistant flow of CA$H.

half would go into buying CD's
the other half would be spent doing two things:
1. buying the stamp for the envelope to send a check to our mortgage company for the full amount we owe
2. opening up bank accounts for our dd's

I would run upstairs, gather all the bills hop online and pay them off.
Drive down to my parents house and pay their bills (especially my mother's medical bills).
Then drive to the Lexus dealer, give them my Saturn and drive a Lexus SUV off the lot. Then drive to Jericho, call DH in his office and tell him to come down a second....I have to tell him something.

2 cars
A vacation for Dh and I and a couple of friends.
A second vacation for my sister, BIl, and their kids.
A new car for my sister.
A new kitchen and any other improvements for my parents and sisters house.
A shopping spree at Ethan Allen and Pottery Barn for our new house.
I might need some assistance, this is alot to buy in two hours.
