If you get three days of + OPKs...
which day would you consider that you ovulated?
Three seems to be the norm for me and I test in the afternoon each day. I'm in the 2WW now and you know...just obsessing on when I should start POAS!

This is a totally uneducated response here based on little experience but I wanted to offer you something so I'm gonna say to go with the last day of OPK as the day you O'd and start counting DPO from there.

As for tracking DPO, I'd go by the last day and then take the next day as 1DPO. If you're asking about BD'ing, the more the better! lol

Ooooh...I'm like a superhuman!
Well, I'll be 9dpo tomorrow--but if I lie to myself and say I ovulated on the 2nd day of  it's 10dpo.  In my former craziness I would have tested already today, but in my current craziness...probably on Thursday...although I'll be dangerously close to a Rite Aid tomorrow afternoon.
