If you get the "classic" temp dip ...
is that the day you ovulate? I usually get this dip. Yesterday morning I got a dip, and a positive OPK. DH, of course, is out of town (back late tonight). We did BD Friday night & Saturday morning.
Do you think I O'd yesterday?

I usually ovulate the day that my temp dips, so Iwould say that you probably ovulated yesterday. GL

Yeah, I think you ovulated yesterday. The dip usually occurs after your LH surge (which is right before you ovulate.
So it sounds like your BD timing was great!

My dip was earlier than that. Then again this is my first month charting (doc told me to - I don't like it). I am going to guess everyone is different.

The month I got pregnant I BD'd the day of the dip, which was also the day I got my surge. So, I'm thinking, the dip is the day you O.
I know you're not thrilled about charting, but maybe you'll enjoy it once you start seeing the patterns.
