If you gate checked a stroller at the airport
do they supply a bag to put it in or did you bring one?

YOu have to bring one - technically, you don't need one but, I felt better about having it in one.

hey won't supply a bag. We got one for the stroller. Some pple do and some don't
I will tell you I remember last year we had ours in a bag and two other pple didn't and had simliar strollers. WE came out with another family who gate checked their stroller with no bag and realized another family took theirs by mistake. Obviously they saw each other at baggage claim and switched, but it did make us happy that we had a bag with our info on it.

I bought one. I'm glad I did bc the bag had little tears in it once we picked it up. I'd rather the bag have tears than my stroller!

I checked mine at the gate. So I had it with me up to the airplane doors. No bag, they put it inside the airplane with us twice. The other two times I'm not 100% sure. I think once it went below I know I lost the "mommy's hook" that I was using to hold it closed. I lost the real clip months ago! I used a pretty cheap umbrella stroller so I didn't care. Other than losing that clip, it came back fine.

No they don't supply a bag. You can get cheap ones at BRU or BBB. We used a bag both times we flew - but we noticed some who didn't and they have black tar like substance on their strollers and some had torn canopies.

They don't. You have to bring one. I used construction grade black bags. I checked my City Mini with no bag and my Bug with bags. I will be using bags from now on though.

Same here--I didn't even know they make bags for that sort of thing.
Even if I wanted to use one, there'd be no possible way to do it. Holding one kid by the hand, holding the other in my arms, all while DH is trying to get our carry-ons settled and DD's carseat strapped in...just not happening!
