how many days before your period do your symptoms emerge?
edited to let you all know i am totally reaching this month i dont have "the" feeling im sorry to keep venting today! you ladies are my sanity and you are all awesome BTW. we all would be besties IRL

since going off the pill the past few months i have been getting cramps and some boobie soreness 2-3 days before AF.

I usually get really bad cramps the day I am getting af. I always have sore boobs the week before as well. I vented on Monday when I got af though that I didn't get any symptoms this time. It was weird.

ive never had pms... except maybe the irritability one  ... and to be honest it happens all month so theres really no reason to blame it on AF lol
i dont get cramps, i do get bloated but again that happens all month because of my diet...
every once in a while my boobs will be tender but its doesnt happen all the time so again i can really say its

I get super crabby and short-tempered like 4-5 days beforehand. Not many other signs really. My boobs rarely hurt but once in a blue moon they kill. When AF does come, then I get cramps and bloating and also an occasional pimple.

up to a full week before, i start to feel the backache and little twinges of cramps. i don't get that hot, dull, radiating ache until a day or 2 before.

i feel like since getting of the pill i dont really get pms bad! like yeah i still get emotional and that will be from like a week before-till the day before (or it could just be cuz im super emotional persona)
but like cramps, i will have slight cramps leading up, but the day i get AF is when my cramps come full force! boobs dont ever really hurt during pms...is that werid??

usually 2 - 3 days prior but the past couple of months i guess because i have been so "in tune" with my body I have been feeling symptoms up to a week before.

anywhere from 3 to 5 days before i become a raging b!tch. and it usually lasts all month.
really though, about 3 to 5 days i notice mood swings. my boobs have been sore pretty much all month since going off the pill though.

One BCP i usually felt emotional, bloated, etc starting 1 week b/f AF. I now have had 2 AFs off BCP and it pretty much has been the same as on.
