I WILL NOT POAS!

I'm about 10 DPO and I WILL NOT POAS. I thought maybe if I said it out loud and typed it would help. Nope, it doesn't. Anyone want to say it with me!? I WILL NOT POAS!!

DO NOT PEE ON IT!
I waited until I thought I waas 12DPO and you STILL needed a magnifying glass to see the BFP! To be honest, I test every day LOL and have not gotten a dark line yet!

me too! I poas for the he-ll of it last night- I knew it was too early but I couldnt help myself!

I say don't POAS! Personally I think knowing early is real rough...when I got pg this summer (before m/c) they couldn't even time the pregnancy because I tested early (before missing AF) the doctor said that it's best to wait...plus it would break my heart to test get a positive only for it to be a chemical...I'd rather just get AF and be none the wiser!

Not a Debbie Downer at all. I needed to hear this. I also have my reunion this weekend which is another reason I am trying to resist the urge to POAS.

On the flip side - does it help to know if there is a chemical for those who have trouble TTC? I am wondering if someone had a chemical 3 out of 5 months - would that help point to a specific problem and arrive at treatment sooner? My dr only gave us 4 months to try before we see her - and I feel like it would help to know things like that in case we do have a problem.

I guess its up to the individual and their situation. Chat Icon

As for chemicals my doctor said it happens to women all the time...we just don't know it...so I am not sure if it's a problem or not...

My doctor also told me it takes an average woman 6 months to get pregnant...that is a woman under 35...

I can only go from my experience with being pregnant and suffering a m/c and the one thing I told myself is that I will NEVER test early again..it caused a lot of trouble with timing when I went into my first appt b/c they didn't see anything and they weren't sure if they were SUPPOSED to see anything at that point because I tested so early..and then I was left waiting and wondering and it was horrible....and even with out the m/c had everything went fine I still would've been left at the first appt with seeing nothing...then just the sac and wondering if my timing was wrong and I was just early or if it wasn't developing...VERY nerve racking..

I POAS about 20 minutes ago.. BFN Chat Icon I'm 10 DPO.. This weekend if Af comes I am onto month 3 We are trying for our second DC and before we even started I had a feeling it would be a while even toough I didn't have any problems with my DD... I wish everyone BFP's!!!!!!!
