I went to the gym for the first time
In about a year and a half yesterday. I am sooo sore, but feel great.
DH and I joined the gym together but he wouldn't get off his lazy azz to go yesterday.

The hardest part to going to the gym is actually getting there. Once you actually work out you end up feel great afterwards.
Wish I had the drive....

I agree with PP, the hardest part is walking in the door!
Once you go for about 3 weeks you'll totally miss it if you don't get to go!
