I wanted to KILL DH yesterday!

So we finally switched DS to his convertible car seat. Saturday we had a party to go to...DH and DS went earlier, and I met them there. Sunday, we went to my parents, so DH is putting DS in the carseat and asks me what the bottom clip is for (the one between his legs). I said "Don't even tell me you didn't clip this together" The buckles were all the way on the sides and he didn't see them....so he just had the chest harness clipped. His excuse was it was first time using it I said "That's nice...how about you go skydiving and forget to clip on your parachute!!!" I wanted to KILL HIM

As a guy, I of course don't like to read instructions.... ... EXCEPT when it come's to DCs life. I know all the details about all the carseats we have (we have 4 total...) That is just inexcusable...

THANK YOU!! I think that's why I was SOOOOOOOOO mad. It wasn't like he said, oh my god, i can't believe I did that...I'm so sorry. It was more that he gave me an attitude like I shouldn't be mad because he never used it before.

I was LIVID!

I'm sorry. That's really scarey. He probably felt terrible, but didn't want to show it.
