I think reality just hit
Hey ladies , i know this is kind of a personal topic so any of you who do not want to give your opinion or imput i totally understand . Well i am 7 months preg tomorrow , we went to the hospital today for the tour and i lost it ( started crying uncontrollably ) i have been a hormonal wreck for a few weeks lately but unfortuanatly this one had to be in front of not only my husband but a total stranger. I was totally all for going for a epidural to do the vaginal delivery ( even though i have a zero tolerance for pain ) but now i am getting mixed feelings and kind of don''t want to go through All the labor and delivery pains. I know that there are also downfalls to getting a c section. Like the recovery time and since i started this preg over weight i could have a lnger and posibly difficult recovery time..... Basically my long drawn out question is ....have any of you ladies opted to have a c section and if so what are or were your reasons....and for those of you who had more then one child did any of you go vagianlly and c sec so you could maybe share some imput for me to compare . I still have to take the lamaz class and bf classes but i just want to get some opinions from others as well . Again i know you ladies are busy and if any of you feel this may be too personal i totally understand , i would also like to thank you guys in advance for taking the time to read this. Jessica

Re: I think reality just hit
First of all
I don't have any advice about your c-section question. But I can relate to the hormonal outbursts and the fear. Lately DH could say the day of the week wrong and I burst out crying (I'm about 6 and a half months). So it comes with the territory!
When I was about 12 weeks pregnant, I watched a video on the Baby Center App on my phone of an epidural being administered. I FREAKED. Hysterical crying. Watching the procedure scared the daylights out of me. DH had to call my mother to calm me down. As the weeks went on, I read some more books, and my hormones calmed down a bit, I realized I'm not going to actually be watching the epidural happen to me and the doctors are professionals. So should I choose to have one I feel more comfortable about my decision now.
Go to the classes, see what they have to offer and then make a decision.
