I think Im Oing...
but according to my CBEFM... Im not... This is the first month using it and I have only gotten low readings.. Well, today I had EWCM, O pains, and tender breasts... I O'd CD19 last month.. Im on CD16.. Could my CBEFM be off bc its the first month?? I havent done OPKs to back it up..
I think Ill BD just in case...

I don't really have an answer for you, but I try to go by the OPK's instead of symptoms I may have bc my body is always playing tricks on me
Either way, whether you O CD16 or 19, they are pretty close... so if I were you I would just keep BDing for the next few days!!(and keep using OPK's too)

Well, today is CD17 and I got my first high reading... It is crazy how your body gives you all these signs when you are tuned into it...
Anyone who has used the CBEFM, how long after your first high day do you generally get your peak?
Also, DH and I BD'd last night to be safe (had EWCM). Since yesterday was a low reading, but this morning was high, was last night a "waste" in baby-making terms (but not in fun  )

nope, not a waste! if you have good EWCM those sperm can live up to 5 days!!
if you got a high today, not a peak, i would hold of on BDing tonight and BD tomorrow morning or night when you'd most likely be getting a peak reading.

Generally speaking, you should BD whenever you have EWCM as that's the best environment for sperm.
If you said last month you O'd on CD 19, and today on CD 17 you have a high reading... you might get a peak tomorrow. I would try to BD tonight and then if you get a peak tomorrow, BD that night, next night, and following night.
