I think I'm in labor? UPDATE
UPDATE: Yup, that was labor! Things really started to pick up and DD was born on December 29th early in the wee hours. We left the hospital early and are so happy to be home. We are doing great, just very sleep deprived and trying to figure this all out. DD is amazing at breastfeeding - I was so nervous and she is a champ, makes it look so easy. I hope it stays that way.

I've had Braxton Hicks for the last 2 weeks or so - maybe an hour here and there I'd have a bunch in a row and then nothing.
Wednesday and Thursday I had the BH all day long. They wouldn't stop and me and DH were getting so excited. We started writing it down and at some points they were coming every 6 mins - but then I wouldn't have one for 20 mins or something. I didn't call the doctor because they didn't really hurt.
Had an appt yesterday and was told I had made no progress, only 1 cm dialated (same as appt before) and I was so disappointed - all those BH and other sharp pains, for nothing.
This morning I woke up with an intense pain down there and I think I had the bloody show - there is little bit everytime I go to the bathroom.
I now have extremely painful contractions every 20 mins or so - this feels so different then the BH from the last 2 days. Some are 30 seconds but others are a min or 2.
I hope this means  is on her way?!
I'm 39 weeks 5 days, so I'm ready!!!!

When I went into labor with DD, I had contractions all day on a Friday, they were about 14 minutes apart. They went into the night that way and at 2 am (ish) I woke up to contractions. I timed them and they were 4 minutes apart.
So I think in combination with your bloody show, you might go in the next day or two.
