I just came back from the doctors office. So I had gone last week and they saw a sac and I went today and the saw the sac had grown and the yolk sac..but thats it....no embryo....
The doctor said it could be that my dates are screwed up, or that I ovulated late and I could just be earlier that we thought or...this might not be a viable pregnancy.....
My HCG levels are at 16,000 but he said my progesterone is on the lower end..not necessarily low but on the lower end....
I am scheduled for another sono on the 28th and if we still see nothing..then I will be going for a D & C on the 29th...
I am so scared, angry, upset...I have been crying all morning....I dont know how I am going to wait 10 days...I am praying that I just have the dates wrong and I am earlier that originally thought....b/c there was progress,,I mean last week just a sac and this week a larger sac with the yolk...I just dont know anymore....
Please pray for us!!! Has this happened to anyone else??
Oh Stephy, I am so sorry. Is it possible you screwed up the dates? How far should you be again? This *****. I will be praying for you that next time there is a little bean in there for you to see!!!!
ETA: OK I just looked. We are on the same timeline. 7 weeks is probably just too early to see the baby. Just relax and take good car of yourself.
My LMP was Nov 24 and I have a 33 day cycle. I believe I ovulated sometime between Dec 12 and Dec 15...I am really not sure...the last time we BD'd was Dec 13..and I got my BFP on the 28th....

I've been reading and it seems that with BOs usually no yolk sac is seen so this is good!!!!!!!
Stephy I am so sorry you are going through this. Could you just be off on your timing. When I went for my first sono I thought I was 7 weeks and they said based on the size of the sac it measured only 5 weeks.
I am really hoping I am off on my timing....I am praying thats it...I thought I was 7 weeks today..I could judt be 5 or 6....Thats all I can do ...hope....
