I think I did things backwards
I need any advice possible.
I started putting my daughter in the crib at night at 3 mos old and she does great. She usually goes in awake after a bottle and sleeps from 7:30-6am. I usually let her nap wherever she fell asleep. She is now 5 months and I am trying to get her to nap in her crib but she just won't. She will cry and cry until I come in. Should I just let her sleep in her swing or bouncy or my arms for naps or let her cio for naps?
What did u all do to get baby to nap in crib?

Re: I think I did things backwards
I just make sure she's really tired when we put her in there, but sometimes I think she's like --- oooh, mommy and daddy are home, I want to be where they are, so we do still let her nap in the swing sometimes -- seriously when she's tired and cranky I say WHATEVER it takes!!

Re: I think I did things backwards
At least she sleeps in there at night! I usually let them sleep wherever, but transport them to the crib so they know thats where they belong - It tends to shorten their nap, but I'm trying to get them used to it.
