I tested + for Strep B
Will it go away after I deliver? Forgot to ask that question to the Dr.
Anyone know?

It doesn't go away, it's something you just have, but you'll get antibiotics during the delivery so the baby doesn't get it. The antibiotic stings like hell going into your arm, so ask for some cold packs.

It's not like you have an infection. It's just part of your natural flora, but it can possibly harm the baby so they protect you.

I had it and they just gave me an antibiotic to take at home and during delivery, Julia never got it. Its not a big deal, you will be fine!
