I still don't know...
when I O. I have no idea and I'm starting to worry that maybe I'm not? If my cycle is really regular, is it likely that I am O'ing but not knowing it? Or can I still be very regular and not O?

Why do you think you aren't O'ing? Are you using OPK's or temping/charting? If you are, post a link to your chart.

Because I worry like crazy about everything! No, I haven't done those things because I'm not really sure how.

Oh. Don't worry too much, you can screw up your cycle that way. 
I think we all would suggest reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It explains so much. Then, after you get a sense of your fertility signs, you could try ovulation predictor kits (pee tests for a hormone that signals impending ovulation) and temping (which confirms that you have ovulated). Then you'll really have a much better idea of what's going on.
Until then, don't assume the worst!
