I started follistim last night
No big build-up or dramatics. I just came home, filled up the pen, iced my belly, handed it over to DH, closed my eyes, kept them closed... told him to get it over with already and he said it was already done! 
I don't feel any symptoms, yet. Did anyone experience anything while on the follistim? Anything I should be forewarned about?

I've never had a problem or side effects with follistim.
It's the easiest injectible out there (for me anyway!).

I had no side effects first round but second round I got OHSS but was also pg which ended up a chemical.

Same here  ...You could probably even get away with no ice if its easier (I never bothered w/ the ice for any of the shots- rebel that I am LOL) but Follistim did seem like the easiest one for me too...Good Luck !!!!!!

I'm glad your first injection went so well.
I just finished my first Follistim cycle and the only side effect I had was some bloating a few days before I triggered.

I didn't do the ice either. Just firmly grab a nice hunk of belly fat (assuming you have some) and inject.
