I started Femara....
Still waiting for the egg quality test to come back. My RE thinks this should do the trick. He wants us to do an IUI though but we're still undecided. Have to see how DH's S/A comes back and make a decision.
I think if we didn't have any children I'd probably jump at whatever it took but for some reason it's weighing big on my mind to go to "extremes" (for lack of a better term) to have a 3rd child. IDK why really.
I think we might just do the drug, monitoring and timed BDing this month unless there is an absolute reason not to.

before moving to IVF all of my medicated cycles were with timed intercourse, even though IUI had a slightly better success rate. we just wanted to stay as natural as we could (barring the fact that i dont ovulate without meds  ).
the point we moved to IVF was only because the RE said we were at a point where ovulation induction was becoming unsafe for me (due to hyperstimulation risks). i ended up getting a BFP on my first IVF. this is our first baby, but i do understand not wanting to do things like IUI if it isnt going to increase your chances a ton.

Thanks for the feed back.
I do feel like I want to keep it as natural as possible. Especially b/c I have conceived and carried two children. The RE thinks I just need a little help this time.
DH's S/A will probably be the deciding factor. If that looks great then we'll probably stick with time intercourse and Femara and hope for the best. I'll be sure to keep everyone posted.
