I sneezed and...
it felt like my entire uterus contracted - it was right below my belly button - it felt like the area surrounding the baby tightened up. YIKES! It really scared me. I hope it didnt do any damage??

I've had painful sneezes too, its probably round ligaments. I found it helps if you lean forward while sneezing.

It won't do any damage! I read somewhere that when that you sneeze, your baby feels it but it feels like a hug. No harm done
