Ok- I just sneezed----
and it really really hurt.  It hurt about halfway between my belly button and my hair line- and to the left.
Whats the all about? I'm already a little nervous because the baby has been really really quiet the past 2 days.

Maybe another stretch in the uterus? I find when I sneeze really hard or stretch my legs I feel something happening in that area.

I get that all the time, especially with my allergies being so bad. I finally called my doctor and he said it was perfectly normal.

I am the sneeze queen and I get those pains all the time. The uterus and all other parts are under so much strain that they go through extra stretching during a sneeze. I actually had an old injury to my diaphragm that I reaggravated when i sneezed around 17 weeks.

Thats what I was figuring- that we were going thru a growth spurt- cuz I've also been feeling a little crampy and icky too- and I felt that way right before we went thru our last major growth spurt.
