I need some inexpensive night tables / side tables.
I've been checking around -
They need to be dark wood and they need to have at least 1 deep drawer...we're very limited on clothing space, so the more drawers, the better!
even something like this would work: its from Target, but its a file cabinet and the bottom of the drawer is just like a composite board thing - I don't know if it would hold clothes for more than a year or so.
I don't know where to look anymore! The Ikea products don't come in the color I need. (We already have a dresser and an armoire, and I'd like them to match.)
Any ideas, please!?!

Re: I need some inexpensive night tables / side tables.
i actually used very large fake wood file cabinets with fiberboard bottoms as dressers for a while, before i got a new bedroom set. they held up fine and are now in my office being used for files like they should be. i didn't put heavy clothes like jeans in them.
our first "bedroom" set was so mismatched.....DH had his own dresser and nightstand that he grew up with, i had my Dad's old nightstand and my dresser was a fake wood filing cabinet. plus, i still used my old college trunk for clothes. we didn't want to spend money on something that we weren't planning on keeping for very long.
would you consider checking out yardsales or craigslist?

I got mine at BBB. It was a set of 3 lights. 2 night lamps and a tall matching lamp for $99, plus I had a coupon.
