really? i kind of like the cabinets. I was thinking of leaving it for awhile.
I wouldnt change your cabinets either, they are nice wood in great condition and not dated bc they are a very basic traditional style (although I do agree with the hardware comment)

My cabinets and appliances are the same color. We have a beige tile backsplash and BM Spanish Red on the walls.
