I'm so nervous.... we just submitted another offer on a house. I need lots of good vibes and house dust... this NEVER gets any easier. I wish I could stay unemotionally attached but its so hard
I hope this is the one. DH really loves it and so do I. Its the 1st house out of 5 we tried for that he really loves.
I feel your pain cause we have put offers on 5 so far and always seem to be the next one in line if the accepted offer falls through....they never do though

I know the feeling, I just asked for house dust last week....still waiting to hear from the realtor on which house it is! It is so frustrating, so little on the market (good stuff that is).
