I messed up, smoking wise
I quit smoking 18 days ago. As of right now, I'm smoking my 2nd cigarette of the night. I feel like cr*p, and I don't want any more, but I know that it's going to be a rough weekend. I don't know if I should just not have anymore tomorrow, or wait until Sunday and start over.  I was so looking forward to telling people it's been 3 weeks, too....

Start over now -- if you smoke through the weekend it will be that much harder. I know from experience.

It happens. Now when you quit for good, you'll know how bad it felt to mess up. Focus on that feeling and push through!!! You can do it!!!

Just move on and say that this is your very last smoke. The more you have, the more your body will want them.

Accept that you broke your quit. Mourne our mistake and move away from it.
Start your quit over again and DO NOT dwell on the momentary lapse in judgement.
IMHO, if you can get thru rough times w/o a cig you are going to succeed!
