I love my Kitchen Aid Mixer!!!
I just made banana bread muffins and oh crap, I see the clown ad again!

Cream together 1 cup sugar (I do a mix of granulated and brown) with 1/2 c. (aka 1 stick) of softened butter. Add 2 eggs, one at a time. Add about a tablespoon of vanilla. Then add 2 bananas. I actually added 3, I think. Then I added 1 1/2 cups flour, followed by 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Then I added a splash of milk and chocolate chips.
Preheat to 350. Bake for 55 minutes if making a bread or about 18 minutes for muffins.
The house smells divine!!!

I forgot to add how easy they were to make! I had to do so little work! I just added the ingredients and the mixer mixed. Now if only it could clean up after itself. And the muffins are sooooo soft and yummy!
