Which kind do you have? My oldest had the Marathon, which I loved, but I'm looking for something more snuggly and I want recline option. Please recommend yours!

Thank you!

I have a chicco nextfit- it's awesome. It's like the easiest thing ever to install, gets super tall rearfacing and has 9 recline options so its easy to fit in any car, even small cars since it can go pretty upright and the bubble is still within the appropriate recline level

we are happy with the graco size4me. it rearfaces for a very long time and we have our leg room back in our tiny car (we are tall)

Join the facebook group "car seats for the littles" They are sooooo helpful!! Tell them what you're looking for in a seat, what your budget is, the stats of your child and what kind of vehicle you have and they will have exact suggestions for you.

Evenflo symphony 65, not a fan. Doesn't recline enough and it's not a great fit rear facing in the hubby's jeep liberty...

We just recently purchased a couple of Recaros after seeing them in person at Buy Buy Baby. (We had read great reviews about them on various sports car forums, but had never seen them sold in the states until recently.) I believe some of their models offer a recline option.

We have a Recaro ProRide and it does recline. We have it rear facing right now and it's very snuggly.
We also have a Evenflo Symphony 65 and it's by far are favorite car seat. My older one is in it though and I'm not sure if it reclines. So easy to take in and out of car. Easy to adjust straps. Not as snuggly as Recaro. My other two seats are almost 4 years old so I won't recommend them.

I'm not sure which model we have, but we have the recall for younger DS, and the recall high back booster for older DS. I like that they have side impact and are padded.

Go to BuyBuy Baby and have the salesperson help you. They spent an hour with us until we figured out which one was best for Us. we went with the Britax Boulevard.

I have the britax pavillion and it reclines. Love it! Really snuggly andost important dd is very comfy in it! :)

I like you was soooo lost and frustrated looking at car seats. I had a britac infant seat so i figured continue with britax. I only hear good things!

Re: I literally just got a headache researching convertible car seats...

DS is tall; I contacted carseats for the littles and they steered us towards the Graco: My Size 70 and the Chicco Nextfit. They told me the Britax are outgrown early for rearfacing by even the smallest child.
We plan are rearfacing until 2, so I knew the Britax was out.
We purchased the Graco and love it so far!

I'm curious about the above info. Looking at the stats for the Graco My Size 70 and the Britax Marathon 70-G3, I don't see any difference in rear-facing information.

Re: I literally just got a headache researching convertible car seats...

It's that the child can only rearface to 1 inch of tr shell on a britax and to 1 in of the fully extended head wings on the graco.

The stated height limits are ridiculously overstated.

For example, I have a giant child, he's 36.5 in at 18 months, he has basically outgrown my friends britax rearfacing, but still has like 6 inches of growing room in our nextfit

Re: I literally just got a headache researching convertible car seats...

We got the britax boulevard but haven't installed it yet(still using infant carrier, also britax and love). My parents have the graco my size 70 for dd and I hate it. It is impossible to pull the straps tight enough, they are never as tight as they should be. And the head cushions always seem to fold under her head instead of staying at the sides of her head.
