I know this isn't quite Parenting Related, but I post here mostly, so....
WE'RE MOVING!!!!
We're becoming East Enders!!
As of Monday, we will be residents of Riverhead!
I am excited and nervous at the same time.
Will be busy packing the next few days, so I may not be on much, but will try!!
SO, now I need to get a new GTG clan--who lives in the Riverhead area???

Oh wow! CONGRATS! We currently live in the Riverhead area (Centerville to be exact). Whereabouts are you moving? I love it out here, just wish it wasn't so far from work. We have a house in Patchogue that we're renovating, so we're just here with my parents until that's done. You'll love it out here!

I do love it, and actually fell in LOVE with an apt in an old house (built in 1860s), but it was not the right one for us.
Anyway, our new apt is just off Roanoke, about 3-4 blocks from the hospital.

You're less than 5 minutes from us, then! We live up Roanoke to the north, make a right on Sound and our complex it a bit up on the left.

If you need any suggestions on good places to eat, etc. let me know! We've lived here for a year now (ugg) and we definitely know the ins and outs of the area. I wish I could live out here, I really do, but we both work in the Hauppauge/Smithtown area.
And talk about GREAT shopping out here!

I don't think so, I don't think they have a far east enough office. Now we need to find new PCPs for DH and I, new Ped for DS, dentist, barber, etc etc Ugh!

It's funny b/c Sebastian (DH) will be in Queens ALOT (staying w/ his dad) so he doesn't have to commute every day and he's afraid I will be lonely! Hah! Little does he know....
