I know this has been done before, but.......
how much has everyone gained?
I am 15 weeks today and I've gained just about 7lbs
i have no frame of reference so I'm just trying to see where i fit

As of my 12 week appt which was last Tues, I had only gained 3.5lbs. I dont want to gain more than 30 total.

I am 32 weeks and I have gained 13 pounds (but this is soooo not like me, so I am so proud of myself so I don't mind writing it  )
With DD I gained 60 pounds by the end

I started out a big girl though.

my mom gained 18 with my sister and 12 with me
my sister, who is a size 0, gained about 35 with each of her 3 pregnancies

I am gigantic...lets put it that way...
With my first I gained 70 lbs (yes you read that correctly)...ice cream and lots of water retention...
This time around I have GD and have still put on about 50 lbs...I really believe I am just predisposed to gain a lot. Each week I go to the doctor I gain even more.
But the doctor said a wise thing to me...it's easier to take off fruits and veggies than it is pasta and potatoes...

Dont stress about it too much just be aware !! With DD#1 I gained in total 60 lbs with DD#2 I gained 50 lbs

at 31 weeks I was a total of 24 lbs
0-20w I gained 4lbs
20-25w I gained 12lbs
25-29w I gained 8lbs
no gain at 31w weigh in

(at 30 weeks i was up 26 lbs.)
ETA: ok, i am up 28 lbs at 32 weeks. not great, but not terrible either.
