I know it's just my hormones, but...
This is my hubby's weekend off from work. He slept all day since he worked overnight last night. He woke up at 5, we had dinner as a family, he put Ava to bed and now he's asleep on the couch already and I feel lonely and sad I know he's really tired, but still, I've bee home alone with Ava since Wednesday afternoon, and I could really use some adult company I baked homemade chocolate chip cookies for him, too Guess I'll have to eat them now

Welcome to my life, every night DH is up at 3:30 am (work at 5am) and usually home by 1:30pm. He runs errands and does his thing and is passed out on the couch by 8pm.
I hope he makes it up to you tomorrow

I'm definitely used to it, but during the week when I'm at work, it's not a big deal because I've had other adult interaction
The best part is he keeps waking up and acting like he wasn't just sleeping, then he falls asleep and is snoring again

I hear ya! DH went out after work and was supposed to be home around 9pm, but he was having "such a good time" he called to see if I minded if he stayed out later. It's almost 1am and he's not home yet. I am such a nice wife. Little does he know that I will fill the rest of the weekend with chores he hates to do!

That's ok. My DH went to his friend's FILs house to play cards at 7pm- he came home at almost 3am. And as usual, he comes in fills me in on his night and then passes out. Now I'm the one wide awake on the couch.
